Tomorrow night' Scout meeting - Please read

After a several weeks off it will be great to all get together for a Scout meeting. That said, we opted to host an outdoor meeting at Dunkerhook County Park with a start time of 6:00 PM. We have several items on the agenda to cover starting with the handing out of the Troop 138 "swag". (Note: See below map for meeting and parking locations).

PLEASE ARRIVE ON TIME, SINCE WE HAVE A PACKED AGENDA

You can arrive at 5:45 pm to pick up your "swag" and change into your Class C t-shirt. The Class C shirt will be the uniform of the day tomorrow night.

At @6:10 pm we will conduct a grid search exercise with the scouts to complete the Emergency Preparedness Merit Badge for those that have participated. For others that have not completed all requirements, this will count toward their partial.

At @6:30 pm, the Bergen County Sheriff's Department will be conducting a K-9 demonstration for the scouts.

At @7:00 pm, we will break for pizza and drinks. Based on the registration numbers we purchased several pies (1 gluten free) and drinks for all present. To help defray the cost to the Troop, we are kindly asking for $5 per scout/adult for the pizza and drinks. We will collect on site.

At @7:20 pm, Mr. Lempenau, with the assistance of senior scouts, will lead an orienteering exercise for the junior scouts.

The two scouts requesting conferences will meet at this time with ASMs. (Note: If you are requesting a conference or sign offs, please reach out to the Scoutmaster ASAP to schedule and plan accordingly).

At 7:50 pm, we will regroup and conclude our meeting.
