Sustainability Merit Badge Event coming up on February 25th, 2023

Three Rivers District has partnered with NJ/NY Baykeepers to help our Scouts earn the Sustainability merit badge! As most of you know this is an Eagle-required badge, so this will be a good opportunity for your Scouts! NOTE: If you have the Environmental Science badge this badge will not be counted toward Eagle; however, it is a great badge to have. It will be at the Kearny Point Annex (78 John Miller Way, Kearny, NJ 07032) from 10am- 2pm on February 25th, 2023. Scouts must complete the prerequisites and have blue cards signed by Scoutmaster before arriving to the event. Due to where the event is being held there is a limit of 25 Scouts at this time. The plan is to hold more of these opportunities in the future. This session is $25 per scout, and it includes lunch and the Sustainability patch if they complete all of the requirements.
