Regular Meeting at 7 PM and Scout Milestones

Tonight is a regular meeting night, but it does not feel like just another meeting.

We will gather at 7 PM at our usual place, the Office of Emergency Management, and there is plenty to recognize. A first trip is now in the books for two scouts. Merit badges have been earned. Someone has ranked up. Those moments deserve more than a quick mention at the end of announcements.
