As we give thanks around our own tables, we can remember our fun Campsgiving.
Nearly 40 scouts from 138B + G
It was a feast - 2 Turkeys, 2 Hams, Mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes, stuffing, string beans, broccoli, corn bread, cranberry sauce, gravy
There was some fishing fun; granted, nothing was caught, but fun nonetheless. Worms were hard to come by.
Why sleep in a bunk, when you can build a fort.
A 5 mile hike turned into 8. Mr. DeZuzio ended up the hero but navigation skills are still in question.
The scouts do know how to cook and dice and chop. No getting out of Thanksgiving meal prep.
Laughs all around with the skits hosted by James D with tremendous accolades.
