Floodwood plus Eclipse

This coming April, the Eclipse will be passing over the North East and in doing so will fly just about straight over Camp Floodwood. Mike Worth reached out to me tonight with a once in a lifetime opportunity. He will be hosting 20 scouts and accompanying adults at Floodwood on Saturday, April 6 (arrival between 2p-4p), Sunday, April 7 Monday (depart around 5 pm)

The eclipse will occur at 3:30 pm on Monday, April 7.

The cost of the trip is $75 and will include food. Camping will be in cabins. There will be no electric and the closest latrines will be two blocks away from the cabins.

Two adult leaders are requested as well.

It will be first come first serve.

Because of the unknowns on weather and conditions, the final OK on the trip will be on April 3.
