Dues / Fundraising

This past Thursday, Troop 138 hosted a Leader's Meeting and our discussions were focused squarely on dues for 2025 and fundraising.

2025 Dues

Contributed feedback regarding the 2025 dues amount was considered and weighed. The group unanimously agreed to:

2025 Cost: $300 per scout (covers Nationa feesl, Council fees, and Troop internal operationg costs)

Due: January 9, 2025

*** Scouts that participate in fundraising will have the opportunity to receive credit back. The more funds raised by the individual scouts the more credit received.

Fundraising

Mrs. Soto volunteered to oversee the Troop 138 fundraising effort for 2025, with assistance from Mr. Mosca and Mrs. Guidetti.

She intends to run two major fundraisers per year, while supporting the smaller fundraising efforts to include palms.

Visit from our Commissioner

Mike Worth, the new Commissioner for Paramus stopped by to visit us. He plans on visiting us more frequently and will be hosting a Floodwood brief in the near term.
