Dear Fellow Scouts, Parents, and Adult Leaders
I hope you’re all doing well! I am excited to share that I am planning my Eagle Scout project, and I would truly appreciate your help in making it a success.
As many of you know, the Eagle Scout rank through the Boy Scouts of America requires completing a meaningful service project that benefits the community. My project focuses on organizing and leading a Financial Literacy Workshop at the Ironbound Community Corporation in Newark, NJ, on behalf of my project beneficiary, the Arman Roy Foundation, on Thursday, March 19th. This workshop will provide underserved youth with practical financial skills—such as budgeting and saving—to help empower them with knowledge that can create long-term stability and opportunity.
This project is especially meaningful to me because the Arman Roy Foundation honors my nephew, who was a Life Scout and died unexpectedly seven years ago. Supporting this foundation allows me to help carry forward his legacy of leadership, service, and compassion while making a real difference in the lives of young people in need.
To make this project possible, I am hosting a fundraiser and volunteer effort across three important dates:
Saturday, March 14th – Baking Day (at my home in Paramus). We’ll be baking items to sell at the fundraiser. I would love help with baking, packaging, organizing, and keeping the energy high!
Sunday, March 15th – St. Patrick's Day Bake Sale (at my church Scared Heart in Clifton). Volunteers are needed to help set up, sell baked goods, greet parishioners, and spread the word about the project.
Thursday, March 19th – Financial Literacy Workshop (at Ironbound Community Corporation in Newark). This is the main event and the heart of my Eagle project. I will need volunteers to assist with setup, support, and guide the youth, and ensure the workshop runs smoothly.
Your support—whether through baking, volunteering at the sale, helping at the workshop, or simply spreading the word—means so much to me. Every hour volunteered and every baked good donated, brings me one step closer to achieving the rank of Eagle Scout while making a meaningful difference in our community.
If you’re able to help on one (or more!) of these dates, please sign up using the spreadsheet at the link below:

Thank you all for your continued encouragement and support throughout my Scouting journey. I’m incredibly grateful to have such an amazing community behind me.
