We are ready to go for our first camping trip this year

We need people to RSVP so we have an accurate head count.

Location Delaware 4 site

Meeting Time/Location: 6:30pm: OLV, Friday, Sept 19th

Return Time: ~ 10:00am Sunday, Sept 21st

Tents: The troop has 3: 4 person, and 1 six person

For the 8 scouts currently expressing interest we have enough tents.

Parents: Your scout should know what they need for the weekend. But if there are any questions about supplies please Email jim.lempenau@gmail.com.

Meals

Friday night: bag dinner

Saturday breakfast: pancakes, syrup, sausange, bananas, butter

Saturday lunch: hot dogs, buns, applies, ketsup, mustard

Dinner: Foil cooking: beef, chicken, onions, potatoes, seasoning

Dessert: Smores

Once we can confirm the head count, the food can be handled in bulk and driving logistics can be finalized, so please RSVP by 9/16.
